In order to ensure greater privacy for our members, and that C4C remains primarily an educational tool free from commercial purposes, we ask that each member agree to the following ethical code:
Other than the information I provide for the member directory such as my bio, photo or representative art images, I will not use the C4C platform to conduct business or private art sales and/or trades.
I will respect the privacy rights of all members and will not copy, reproduce or share any images or comments posted by any other member in any C4C private, member-access only forums or blogs without the express written consent of such member.
If I am an artist, gallery owner or other arts-related professional, I understand that I may apply for the ArtLovers membership, but I will not apply to become a collector member (known as “Founding Connoisseurs”), and I further agree not to conduct unsolicited communications to C4C collector members.
I agree that my violation of this Ethical Code will entitle the foundation to revoke my membership summarily and without refund of membership dues paid.
